1. How do I customise the dresses?

Please read a tutorial on customisation here. It's simple and can be done in 3 steps and has a live preview option.

2. What size should I order for myself?

We have sizes 0-36W in standard sizes. For a customised size, you need to enter your measurements by clicking on Custom size. Please go through our size chart to know your size. 

3. I am in between sizes-Which size should I choose?

We recommend going one size up if unsure. For custom size you can give your exact measurements and know that we will make it alright!

4. What materials are used in Talethread's products?

We have 100% cotton, Cotton jersey, Cotton Poplin, Linen blend, Georgette, Corduroy and Velvet. This comprises of 90% of our collection. If we use polyester-It's written transparently. 

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

All our products are made to order so expect dispatch in 1-2 weeks, 2 weeks being the upper limit.

6. Can I exchange or return my order?

If the garment doesn't fit you, you may opt for a free remake within 14 days. Please fill out this form.

7. How do I care for my garments?

Most of our garments are fit for machine wash. If not we mention drycleaning in the product details. All your orders come in a reusable cotton ziplock bag so store them nicely in your wardrobe!
